These terms cover the website only. The sale, delivery, warranty and servicing of a machine are governed by the separate written agreement for that machine, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Information on this site

The content of this site is provided as is. Specifications, capabilities and figures are published in good faith and may change as machines are developed. They are not an offer and not a warranty. Confirm any specification you intend to rely on with us in writing before you buy.

Where this site shows a result from a calculator, it is an estimate based on the numbers you entered. It is not a quote, not an offer and not a guaranteed result.

Downloadable cut files

Cut files in the SigLoch Library are provided free, as they are, for you to test and use in your own production. You may cut, adapt and sell work made from them.

You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves as a file library, and you may not present them as your own design library.

Always run a test cut before production. A file is a starting point, not a guarantee of a result on your machine, your substrate and your settings.

Customer work and permissions

Work shown in Customer Stories is published only with the written permission of the customer who made it, and remains theirs. If you submit work to us you confirm you are entitled to do so, and you allow us to publish it with attribution. You may withdraw that permission at any time by writing to us.

Trade marks

SigLoch, Bindwel and the machine names on this site are the marks of Impel Services Pvt. Ltd. and its group. Partner and competitor names appear for identification and comparison only, and remain the property of their owners.

Liability

We make no promise that this site will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of this site or of a cut file.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
