Who we are

SigLoch is a digital post press brand of Impel Services Pvt. Ltd., part of Bindwel. Our registered office is at Impel Services Pvt. Ltd., 1303 Lodha Supremus, Opp. Saki Vihar Telephone Exchange, Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai 400 072, India.

The law that applies

We handle personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules 2025. We also follow the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us. That is your name, company, phone number and email address when you submit an enquiry, request a demo, submit your work, or download a cut file from the SigLoch Library, together with whatever you choose to tell us about the job you are running.

When you download from the SigLoch Library, we also keep a record of which files you download, linked to the details you gave us, so we can follow up on the work you are interested in.

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, identity documents, or any special category of personal data through this website.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to arrange and run a demonstration, to send you the file you asked for, and to provide service and support on a machine you own or are evaluating.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and the tools this site uses

Google Analytics 4: we use it to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets _ga cookies in your browser and receives your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you view. We do not send it your name, phone number or email address. Google keeps this usage data for 14 months.

The SigLoch Library sets one cookie, sl_visitor, after your first download. It holds a random identifier and nothing else: not your name, phone number or email address. It lets us recognise your browser for 12 months, so we do not ask for your details again, and links your later downloads to the details you gave us. Clearing your cookies removes it, and you will be asked for your details again on your next download.

YouTube: videos on this site are YouTube embeds. The video player loads only when you press play, from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. A few muted videos start on their own as they scroll into view. Before that, the thumbnail loads from YouTube's image server, i.ytimg.com. YouTube sees your IP address when it loads either one.

Google Maps: the map on the contact page loads from Google and Google sees your IP address.

WhatsApp chat: the chat button is provided by AiSensy. It loads from AiSensy and stores a note in your browser so the chat window does not reopen within 24 hours. If you start a chat, the messages go through WhatsApp and AiSensy.

ZeptoMail by Zoho: when you send a form, ZeptoMail delivers it by email to our marketing team at marketing@bindwel.com. It receives what you typed into the form and any file you attached. We do not store form submissions on the website. The email is the record.

Cloudflare: this site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides the content delivery network and security filtering. It handles your IP address and the pages you request so the site loads and stays safe. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to keep out automated spam.

We do not use a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry, demo request, download and submission emails for up to 3 years from our last contact with you. After that we delete them.

Work files you submit are kept for the same period, unless we publish the work with your permission. Published work stays up until you ask us to take it down.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw consent to being contacted. Write to sigloch@bindwel.com. We will answer within the time the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules 2025 allow.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update this page and change the effective date above.
